Survey on COVID-19

The Health Care Consumers’ Association is developing weekly surveys to help us and our health system to provide consumers with the information we all need during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The surveys are focusing on the following

  • where people are looking for information about COVID-19 (Coronavirus),
  • whether you are finding the information you need,
  • whether your questions are being answered, and
  • what questions you have that are not being answered.

HCCA Survey 1 – Consumer experience of looking for information about COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is now available and it ran from Friday 20 March to Monday 23 March.

We have done further analysis of  survey 1 data and developed three sub-group reports:
