Making a noise: 40 years of consumer health advocacy in the ACT

Health Care Consumers’ Association launched its history on 15 November 2018 as part of the celebrations for the fortieth anniversary of incorporation. This history records the development of consumer advocacy in the ACT and the impact that the organisation has had on improving the access, safety and quality of health services for Canberra.
