This is the 2nd Edition of HCCA’s Staying Safe in Hospital booklets. It has been redesigned and updated thanks to feedback from HCCA members and consumers. It was first adapted from the Western Australian Department of Health Patient First resources for use as the Staying Safe resources in the Australian Capital Territory.
